What are the annual pitch/sites fees?

Our site fees start from £4460 up to £6273 depending on the location of the plot.

Can I choose my plot?

Yes, you can choose what plot to have your holiday home sited on.

Is finance available?

Yes, we can assist with finance if you are looking to support the purchase of your holiday home that way, please reach out to a member of our team to discuss this further.

Are there any financial benefits to Ownership?

Owners receive discounted food and beverages across our on-park restaurants and food outlets.

How long can I keep my holiday home for?

We don't have any restrictions as to the age of your holiday home.

Can friends and family visit?

Yes, friends and family are welcome to visit the park, however, on-park discounts are only avaibale to yourselves as the actual owners

Can I bring my dog/dogs?

Yes, we are a pet friendly park and welcome responsible dog owners around the park.

Can I rent out my holiday home?

Yes, we can support you with renting out your holiday home, commonly known as subletting. All subletting however, must be done through us, we don;t allow private sublet of holiday homes.

Is there a limit to how long I can stay?

No, but holiday homes MUST NOT be used for living in permanently as your main residence.

Can I personalise my plot?

We allow up 2 small storage sheds and some flower pots or 2 larger planters per plot.

What facilities are there on site for my Children / Grandchildren?

Children can enjoy our swimming pool (must be accompanied by a responsible adult), arcade, play ground, sports court and we have entertainment specifically tailored for our younger audiences running throughout the season.

Myself or one of my party is disabled, is the park accessible?

The park is accessible with only rental slopes or inclines. Holiday homes can also be adjusted for accessibility needs, speak to our holiday home advisors about this.

How secure is the park?

We take security seriously and have dedicated security staff as well as barriers for access in and out of the park.

Do I have to open and close up myself at the start/end of the season?

No, we can assist with annual maintenance such as drain downs etc. Just reach out to the team for support

Who do I go to if I have a problem?

You can reach out to the sales team, reception team or our security teams for out of hours emergencies.

What if I want to sell in the future?

We hope that you will enjoy many happy years on-park, but should you wish to sell your holiday home in future our team can support with the sale.

Do I need to insure my holiday home?

Yes, it is condition of purchase that your holiday home is insured.
