This applies to selected holiday homes and is available for purchases completed and paid in full by the agreed completion date. The offer covers standard site fees for the 2025 season only and does not include any additional running costs such as utilities, insurance, or local authority charges. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Site fees for subsequent years will be chargeable at the standard rate applicable at the time.
