Your Unity Lettings puts you first, making earning from your holiday home easier than you’d ever think.
We’ll take care of everything, helping to fund the lifestyle you love, without any effort on your part.
No matter how much you love your holiday home, there are always a few weeks when it’s empty.
Let it out when you’re not using it… and reap the rewards.
Most holiday parks will let out their fleet of holiday accommodation first. Not so at Unity.
Owners who choose ‘Your Unity Priority Letting Service’ will be let first within the same grade –
making earning a sizeable chunk from your holiday home a walk in the park!.
You’ll have a dedicated Unity team at your service, however big or small your questions.
And while you have guests staying in your home, we’ll be on hand to help them too.
It’s all part of the service at Skirlington Coast.
We’ll take care of the whole process, from booking and communicating with guests to making your place spotless before and after their stay. You’ll never know anybody was even there!
Letting out your holiday home when you’re not using it is the perfect way to keep it all affordable. We’ll take care of everything for you – and we’ll let your property out before any of our holiday fleet within the same grade. Because as an Owner, you come first.
Owners who choose ‘Your Unity Priority Letting Service’ will have their homes let first before fleet
accommodation in the same grade.
To qualify for the service, we ask that you sublet your holiday home through Unity for
a minimum of 12 weeks (24 breaks) of the season - of which 6 weeks (12 breaks) need to be peak dates.
(See the sign-up form for more details.)
Even more Priority Letting Owner advantages! Guests who book a stay in a Priority Lettings holiday home through Unity Holidays are entitled to discounted Entertainment passes—helping your holiday home stand out from the rest!
A commission of 19% + VAT will be deducted per booking from the net price paid for the accommodation element of the booking.
For Priority Letting you will need to sublet for a minimum 12 weeks (24 breaks) of the season – of which 6 weeks (12 breaks) are peak dates. Then choose all the dates you want for yourself over the course of the season and we’ll set them aside for you. Hands off, holidaymakers!.
This depends on several factors; age, size, make and model, and a visual inspection are all part of the grading process. If you allow your own pets to stay, then we are obliged to let your holiday home as pet-friendly – and you’ll receive any extra revenue for the pet charge.
Once we receive your completed application form, we will support you every step of the way:
We ask that you follow the standard inventory list that we use for our fleet holiday homes as this helps to maintain consistency throughout the brand. We can provide a full list of the inventory required to sublet your holiday home – please ask at Owner Services. Items do not have to be new, but they must be in excellent condition with no signs of wear.
Prior to your first let, a full check will be undertaken; any items missing or damaged will be replaced and you will be charged accordingly. After this time and throughout your letting season, we will replace items as and when required.
All personal items must be removed prior to your letting period. We are unable to store any items, therefore they will be removed. This includes electrical items and personal possessions.
Once we’ve processed your details, we’ll reconfirm your dates with you. This is your chance to make sure you’re 100% happy – then we’ll get straight onto the important business of getting your home let out for you.
For extra peace of mind, we offer Your Cover, which covers the majority of mishaps caused by letting guests throughout the year. For just £199 you get cover for minor repairs & inventory up to £50* per incident during your letting time with your priority letting service - giving you incredible value for money and less to worry about.
Your Holiday Home Insurance
To sublet with Skirlington Coast, you must have holiday home insurance that covers subletting – if you have taken out
the recommended Gold Park insurance policy through owner services, and are covered for subletting, for any valid
and eligible claims above £50 you will need to use your holiday home insurance.
Please see your policy for the details of what is included.
*If above £50 you will need to use your holiday home insurance.
This is not an insurance policy.
Repairs or replacements are made on a like-for-like basis whenever possible, except for standard inventory items which will be replaced with our standard inventory. We’ll try to match replacement items with existing styles or patterns whenever possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to substitute where necessary.
Once you’ve signed up to Your Unity Lettings, your holiday home will be inspected for any works that are required to bring it up to standard, including inventory items. You must report any damage or loss within 24 hours of the holiday guest departing.
