Holiday Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

Bookings are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The primary guest (first named person) must be 21 years or older and is responsible for the booking.
  • Bookings must consist of families or part of a family. Groups of three or more men or women under 21 are not permitted unless part of an organization.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated on the booking application. Infants and children count as full persons.
  • All bookings must include a valid postal code.
  • Check-in and check-out times vary; please confirm when booking. Standard checkout is 10 AM, but guests arriving earlier may use the park’s facilities.
  • Touring arrivals are between 12 PM and 8 PM, with departures by 10 AM. In low and mid-season, extended stays until 4 PM may be possible for an extra fee.

2. Pricing Policy

  • Special offer bookings must be made at least 14 days before the holiday start date and are subject to availability.
  • Prices include VAT and will be adjusted if VAT rates change.

3. Park Roads and Vehicles

  • All park roads are subject to the Road Traffic Act. Speed limits must be observed, and only licensed drivers with valid insurance may operate vehicles.
  • Commercial vehicles and vans are not allowed on-site.
  • Electric vehicle charging is not provided. Charging using the pitch power supply is prohibited for safety reasons.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking due to unreasonable behavior, criminal activity, or disruption.
  • We operate a ‘site watch’ scheme in coordination with local authorities to manage anti-social behavior.

5. Privilege Cards & Vehicle Access

  • Entertainment passes are required for certain facilities, including bars, entertainment venues, swimming pools, and the gym.
  • Entry to the site is controlled via automatic number plate recognition.
  • Additional vehicle fees may apply.
  • Privilege cards must be carried at all times and are valid only for the duration of your stay.
  • A dress code may apply in some venues. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult in all bars and entertainment venues.

6. Payment

  • Deposits: £50 for touring and camping, £50 for hiring accommodations.
  • Full payment must be made at least 84 days before arrival, or the booking will be canceled without a refund.
  • Payments within 84 days of arrival must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • If payment issues arise (e.g., declined credit cards), charges may apply.
  • Booking modifications are subject to a £20 administration fee.
  • On-arrival payments (if agreed) must be made via debit/credit card; cash and cheques are not accepted.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Our optional Cancellation Plan covers specific circumstances such as illness, jury duty, police requirements, or home damage.
  • Fees: £10 per touring/camping booking, £20 per lodge/caravan booking.
  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    • More than 7 days before arrival: Loss of deposit and cancellation plan fee.
    • Less than 7 days: A credit note may be issued, excluding the deposit and cancellation plan fee.

8. Children

  • Kids’ Clubs operate seasonally but are not childcare services. Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.
  • Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in clubs.

9. Pets

  • Pets are allowed in designated areas for an additional fee.
  • A maximum of two dogs per unit is permitted.
  • Dogs must be kept on leads, and owners must clean up after them.
  • Some breeds may be restricted.
  • Failure to control pets may result in removal from the park without compensation.

10. Touring Pitches

  • Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If late arrival is expected, please inform us in advance.
  • Awnings must not exceed the length of the caravan.
  • Generators are not allowed.
  • Some caravan/motorhome brands are not accepted. Confirmation will be given at the time of booking.

11. Electrical & Gas Appliances

  • All electrical and gas equipment has been safety checked.
  • Guests use their own equipment at their own risk.

12. General Conditions

  • All facilities are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Some amenities and activities may be limited during low or mid-season.
  • Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather.
  • If early departure occurs, no refunds will be provided.

13. Lost Property & Personal Possessions

  • The park is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • Items left unclaimed for 28 days will be disposed of or returned at the owner’s expense.

14. Complaints

  • Any concerns should be reported to Reception during the stay.
  • Complaints made after departure will not be considered.

15. Park Rules & Safety

  • Health and safety regulations must be followed at all times.
  • Guests diagnosed with contagious diseases may be asked to leave without refund.
  • Management reserves the right to amend park rules at any time.

16. Liability

  • The park is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless due to negligence by the park or its staff.
  • Claims (excluding personal injury or death) are limited to the total cost of the holiday.

17. Force Majeure

  • The park is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or utility failures.
