*Site Fees Included Skirlington Coast 2028 - Terms & Conditions: When you purchase a holiday home at Skirlington Coast, your 2026 and 2027 site fees are included when you sign up to our Guaranteed Letting Agreement at the same time. This applies to selected holiday homes and is available for purchases completed and paid in full by the agreed completion date, and when the Guaranteed Letting Agreement has been agreed. The offer covers standard site fees for the 2026 and 2027 season only and does not include any additional running costs such as utilities, insurance or local authority charges. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Site fees for subsequent years will be chargeable at the standard rate applicable at the time. Skirlington Coast reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Terms and conditions apply, and full details are available upon request.
